I have an AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 Liquid Cooled graphics card and I had been using a different fan with the radiator and not the one that was attached to the card and came installed on the radiator. It worked fine and I had a configuration for the rpm's on the aftermarket fan attached to the radiator to scale with the gpu load. I had been using that stock fan that was still attached to the gpu as a case fan and decided I wanted to use a better fan instead so I desoldered where the wires from the gpu connected to the fan and tried to start up my PC but got no display. I soldered the fan wires back to the fan, reseated everything and reset bios but the fan does not spin up and still no display. The GPU lights up and everything appears normal the PC posts and no error beeps.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
