Anyone encounter this same problem that raytracing cannot be enable in cyberpunk 2077?

The game is good with this graphic card and its shame either I can't find enable the feature because Im stupid or the card doesn't support the game for it to be used but I don't think that's right as there are few reviews this card uses raytracing.
