why AMD crossfire profile has not added for this popular game Since similar games with the same engine ( ANVILNEXT 2.0 ) like For Honor and Assassin's Creed Syndicate or even Assassin's Creed Origins supports crossfire but after 3 YEARS crossfire is not available for Rainbow Six Siege.

That is not an AMD problem.  That is a game developer issue, see the last line on Ubisoft system requirements.

Please note that MSI Afterburner, SLI and Crossfire are not supported.
