I bought new card like month ago(AsRock RX 7700 XT Challenger), everything works perfectly fine except cp 2077, crash constantly with 2 communicates. One by windows "Application Has Been Blocked from Accessing Graphics Hardware" and another from amd software "AMD software detected that a driver timeout has occured etc." that aint happening in any other game i tried.

Congrats to amd driver crash community dude! 
Try tune your MAX gpu clock on default sets in adrenaline (get them from 7700xt VBIOS data) 

if its not working try to MAX power tune with that clock speed
