Every 2-3 matches my game suddenly freezes, blackscreens, then crashes, leaving me with a UE engine crash on Marvel Rivals.

I literally cannot play this game or play ranked because I am always timed out from these crashes and would like a fix

32gb ddr5 expo 6000 frequency
Asus Rog 360hz Oled
windows 11

Ive tried the following and nothing has changed

Lowering settings
Raising settings
frame gen
Capping fps
Reinstalling game
verifying game
reinstalling windows
turning off steam overlay
turning off discord overlay
turning off AMD overlay
turning off all AMD features
dx11
dx12
GPU Debug mode
running as administrator
disable overclocking
overclocking more
undervolting
reinstalling drivers
rolling back drivers
restarting drivers
increasing shader cache
resetting shader cache
increasing VM
windows update
reinstalling direct x
changing various in game settings

Any suggestions?

I’m have a similar problem. Just built a new system 9800x3d, 7900xt, 32gb ddr5, project zero mb, windows 11. All temps have been perfectly fine processor 42c-52c and gpu never higher than 63c. Game freezes frame, audio cuts in and out,  Pc freezes and task manager is not responsive. Reset button works and pc reboots quickly but amd adrenaline then gets bugged and says “download failed” and i have to reinstall amd software. I’ve done most of what you have tried but not everything you have. I cannot get through more that 3 games without this happening and do not want to cause damage to my components.

I dont think it will harm your components so you're fine there. However I have still not found a solution to this problem and cannot find anything online about it.

Been having similar issues with 4090 + 7800x3d

Get full on pc crashes every 2-3 games

Might have to do something with the new discord overlay, have you tried disabling it?  I had applied a few fixes i found online and also had stopped discord completely.  Played 10+ games without issue then opened discord for 1 match and my game randomly frozen for 10 seconds then came back.  Closed discord and continued playing fine for another 10+ matches.  I didn't test more, but let me know if it's discord related for you guys.

Is it spitting out any error logs on the crash?

No the error logs just say GPU error and have coded information that nobody but marvel rivals can see.

Nice setup, ive tried many of these things too, its just been worse since the adrenaline update a few days ago. I have the 7900 xtx powercolor hellhound 5900x cpu 64gb ddr4 ram 240hz samsung, so no issues running the game even at recommended settings, i lower a few keep few on high. Happened 5 times tonight, like you said every 2-3 games. They gotta be aware and fix this asap. If you find a definite fix let us know, thanks

I found that if you cap FPS to 200 or below and when launching the game you dont close the launcher but minimize to system tray it doesn't crash as often. I played around 20 games today and crashes 1 time instead of the usual crash every other game.
