Conflict with both graphic cards on my ASUS ROG Laptop

Hello,

I realized that my Laptop use 2 graphic cards :

  • The one integrated on motherbord (AMD Radeon Graphics)
  • The second and reel AMD Radeon RX6800M (updated driver)

When I'm playing on Death Stranding DC I have anytime crashes "access violation......" but the message concern the AMD graphics and not the AMD RX6800M.

I suppose this game dont use the best card, but when I disable the first card : I cant display my second monitor and the game refuse to start !

Please, have you a solution ?

Are you using the OEM drivers from Asus or the drivers from AMD. Sometimes the best drivers for a laptop are the drivers provided in the support section of the product page.

Hello,

I updated my graphic driver with the AMD Adrenalin utility.

I will try with the driver on ASUS download's platform, but is dated from 2021. hope it will be fine.
