Configuring Video Wall and Radeon Pro6600

Can someone point me in the right direction for this unusual request please? Image attached below

I have a video wall of the following dimensions: 4480 x 1440 pixels. (The Pink area)

The wall is unevenly split into two adjacent monitors. Each monitor is fed by a video wall controller that is outputting 3840 x 1440. Each controller receives a Display Port connection from the Radeon W6600.

The monitor on the left (Yellow) displays normally. The monitor on the right (Blue) can only display a portion of the 3840 x 1440 image. It can fit only 640 x 1440 pixels.

The 2nd controller is unaware that the second monitor does not have enough LED modules to display 3840 x 1440 and pushes windows desktop and content to blank space that does not exist (or rather is not visible).

The dimensions of these monitor resolutions are hard fixed in each controller. I cannot change the dimensions of the first monitor (I wish I could)

I can drag and resize a window across these two monitors to psuedo create one large display. This is not convenient because the window does not snap to the visible area when maximized. I am looking to create a zone or something that an application will recognize and snap to without extending into the dead area of the second monitor. I have been advised that this is possible with this level of card.

I have tried to create a custom resolution for the 2nd monitor but the AMD Adrenalin software will not accept the values I propose.
