Computer fails to start AMD Radeon 6700XT and no HDMI output.

I couldn't get any HDMI signal from my AMD Radeon RX 6700XT or my motherboard, I could tell everything was working, the fans spun on the GPU and it would ask me to pair to my phone on startup, so I had to use Virtual Desktop to stream the screen to my VR headset. I checked Device manager and it shows up with error 43. I tried using the cleanup tool and installing new drivers and nothing worked, everytime I installed drivers it would say a display driver has failed to load, then it would say it's not compatible, so I would try the tool and it would say it is compatible and to check if the display driver is working correctly.

I tried doing the cleanup tool again and now Virtual Desktop isn't starting so I can't see anything, and it doesn't ask to pair to my phone like it usually does. Everything looks like it's working, anything I plug into it lights up but there's no signal to the monitor still. I am stuck with no idea what to do.

If it's a driver problem and not a hardware problem you should be able to boot Windows in safe mode and get a display output. Assuming that works, DDU the driver and then reinstall.

If you don't get a display output in safe mode you should try swapping out the card, cable and/or monitor.

How would I start in safe mode? Also I'll have to check if the HDMI cable I tried for the motherboard works, the one that I'd normally use was connected to the GPU and was a Display port to HDMI cable.

Press F8 repeatedly during power-on/boot to interrupt normal Windows 10/11 startup. Select Safe Mode from the Advanced Boot Options.

I plugged the HDMI into my motherboard slot and pressed F8 on startup, still no signal. when I plug and unplug the HDMI on both the GPU and Motherboard my display detects I did it and tries to connect but still says no signal. Should I try without the GPU plugged into the PCI slot?

Do you have a processor with integrated graphics?

If so then yes, you can try connecting the monitor to the motherboard for display.

I'm pretty sure I do, I have an AMD Ryzen 7 5700G.

I tried spamming F8 without my GPU installed and the HDMI in the port on the case and I don't have any signal still.

I have the GPU out, it still doesn't have a display, everything connect to it lights up but after a few seconds the computer turns off by itself.

My motherboard has 2 lights, VGA and BOOT, they stay on for a bit after startup and then turn off. It's not powering down randomly anymore.
