Hi I have encountered this error when I boot up my pc I have upgraded my graphics card to a rx 6500xt a few days ago now I have this error I searched youtube for a solution and followed two videos on how to fix it by downloading visual c++ and tryed the most recent version then the 2013 version after I turned my pc of and on a few times the error went away then my pc dosnt load any apps and I am stuck on the windows desktop (home screen) and nothing is loading and then it says windows is not responding and says end task and even tho I click end task or cancel it dosnt even end it or cancel it please help thank you.
