Playing ark when it happens

I've already used DDU several times thinking about getting a another PCI-E cable to have them separate

Sorry for necroing this post but I seem to be having the same issue with my RX 6800. Did you ever manage to fix the random pc crashes while playing ARK? Ive read a few times now about ppl having issues with ARK so im starting to think this is actually a driver problem that only affects ARK perhaps

No problem. Yes my issue was my power supply I had a  psu with the daisy chained 8 pin PcIE connector. I upgraded to a Corsair 850 Psu hasn't crashed ever since.

Try running two separate cables from your PSU to power your Gpu . Don't use the single cable that splits into two.
