Hi,

I've had the GIGABYTE 5700 XT for about 6 months now and I've struggled with this problem since I've got it, whenever I turn in certain fps games such as Team Fortress 2, and when I move my mouse in almost any game that uses your actual cursor, the game stutters extremely heavily until I stop moving the mouse, I've uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers multiple times, I've set my PCIe to gen1 and I've raised my RAM speed in my bios, I just can't find a fix, if someone could help me I'd really appreciate it,

Do you use Vsync or any other method to limit the frames to your native refresh rate in these games? One thing you can try is to search in windows for exploit protection and add an exception for the games giving you issues. I actually had a  similar issue with an RTX 2080S + 3900x combo. You could also  give "Process Lasso" a go and see if it helps.

No I don't, I turned off the AMD version too

You might try either vsync or a frame limiter to start off with.
