I'm seeing the ERR12 issue, ERR12 : Graphics device crashed" whenever I go past the area at the start of the game where you hide from jagras. The game crashes to desktop. Rarely, I can get about 30 seconds further in the mission. I cannot progress through the game.
Additionally, scoutflies particles often create crazy lines shooting across the screen when they swarm up.
There is also some sort of texture error going on with the whole game, that varies with the camera angle, at a bad spot with a certain camera angle, the game looks like this: https://gfycat.com/pessimistickindheartedferret
note: in task manager, neither the CPU or GPU are hitting 100% usage.

Some people have said that the issue has to do with NTDLL.dll, as that pops up in some of the Event Viewer logs for the crash, so I've tried replacing it with someone else's, and someone else's from a different version of windows
I've tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling windows 10, installing windows 7, installing the special K mod, installing a scoutfly removal mod, using no mods, 3 different version of the graphics driver, including clean installs, and reducing the graphical settings to the bare minimum. I've tried in HDR disabled mode, fullscreen, borderless fullscreen. With every other running program closed. I've tried running the game, and steam as administrator. I've tried reducing my resolution.
