My screen blacks on and off in bios If I can get a display at all... (it's currently skipping bios altogether and booting to Windows)
I have a New MSI Gaming Pro Carbon, R7 3800x, 650W Seasonic PSU. Saphire Nitro Plus 5700XT
The screen will display an Image for ~2 seconds and black out ~5 seconds.
I previously tried with an ASUS Crosshair VII Hero with an R5 3600 and Seasonic 1000W PSU, with the same results.
The Graphics was RMA'd 3 times. Bothe systems work fine with an RX480 card, the Saphire seems to work in an FX990 board.
