I have an AMD Ryzen 5 3400g and Im having some problem with my integrated graphic card, where it goes from 0 to a 100% without running anything, and i find it really weird and i can't find what is causing it.

Check windows power plan settings, PCI E power saving should be disabled. Also be sure to have most recent chipset and graphic drivers and latest bios.

Hello, I just changed the PCI e power saving to disable, but it stills performs in the same way my GPU, I have the latest updates for everything.

Do you have the zero RPM feature enabled? disable itif is that the case. Also decrease 100% usage clock by 50Mhz. If it persists you should check for bios PCIE advanced options.
