History - I was playing a game on my laptop ( Counter strike 1.6) and suddenly system booted and gave a BSOD .
BSOD error = Video_TDR_Failure (atikmpag.sys)

Hard Disk - 1TB WD blue
This problem was occurring on win 8.1 OS with an older Toshiba 2013 hard disk . I bought a new WD Hardisk . The problem still persist .
What I already tried.
1. I have tried Uninstalling drivers using DDU (Internet connection off) . And reinstalled drivers without Catalyst Control Center.
2. I also tried Legacy Driver installation following this thread How to: Install Legacy Drivers on Windows 10 (With Catalyst Control Center) .
Both the method didn't work out.
I installed an app called whocrashed to analyse the crashdump. It shows me the following
