Brutal series VGA

Good to all,
I have a Sapphire graphics card ATI HD 5850 that is an excellent vga and I have an nvidia gt640 that is worse.
The problem is that with nvidia the game Red dead redemption 2 works because the brand has updated drivers, it works badly with lag.
With the Sapphire ATI HD 5850 the game does not start because it says that I need Adrenelin 20.xxxx, that it does not exist for this vga, I believe that if there were drivers it would work, because the ati is much better than nvidia in this specific case that the performance comparison of these two vga is brutal.
I just don't understand AMD's position to leave behind products with great potential in legacy drivers.

Incomprehensible not to support these series anymore, which are even better than the 6000 and 7000 series.

That GPU was launched 22 years ago,It's too old to waste resources on.Not even Car manufacturers waste money on cars that old.Let alone the fact that software and games have left old tech in the dust!

The 6000 was way better and the 7000 was way better than the 6000 series.
