I accidentally broke off the 3 pins when trying to connect it. amazon says that i might only get a partial refund if I send it back. with the 2 messages to make sure you plug it in before seating it, it's obvious they know there's a design flaw here where they should be protecting those pins better. I just bent them down when i tried to connect them and when i tried to slowly move them back, they came off entirely. RMA?? gamble with amazon?
