Somehow one of my sapphire 5600xt pulse cards has stopped working, it doesnt show in device manager in windows.

I have tried it in 2 different pcs, its definitely seated correctly with enough power.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling AMD software.

I have tried flicking the bios switch on it to the second position.

Nothing works, the lights come on on it and the fans turn, but device manager doesnt see it, gpuz doesnt see it, amd sofware doesnt see it, in either PC.

Tried to run amdvbflash but it doesnt show in devices when I run amdvbflash -i

Is it done for? Anything I can do?

I'm sorry for your loss. Sometimes, if you leave it alone for a few hours and then come back to it, it will work..However, if your card isn't registering in the PC, try another PC. If it works in it, then your PCIe lane is toast, which would require a new motherboard. If the card doesn't work, then the board is toast.
