Hi i am new to AMD's gpu market and software but recently I bough a rx 6650xt and paired it with my ryzen 5 3500x and when I played some games I noticed that the clock speeds were astonishingly low, I'm talking 500mhz, sometimes even 16mhz. I saw this because I had msi afterburner and rivatuner opened in the background. I decided to look around in the settings and found that amd had set a minimum clock speed of like 100mhz which is very bad IMO as most people will just think its the GPU which is bad and not that they don't have the right settings. Anyways I put my minimum clock speed to 200mhz below the stock clock speed shown in msi afterburner but when I play games I still see that most of the times it doesn't reach that clock speed, it goes to 800mhz and around that. I unlocked power limits, increased voltage limit, everything that I could. By the way I haven't updated my mobo ever since I bought my PC 2 years ago idk if that matters, I have a a320m hdv r4.0.
