both power plans on my computer use the same gpu

I have an hp pavilion notebook and both power plans in my computer (power saving and high performance) are using the same graphics card (AMD Radeon R5 Graphics). My laptop is also equiped with "AMD Radeon R8 M445 DX" and I feel like this is useless. I want to know if there's a way to change my gpu for power saving mode to "r8 m445 dx" and is so, how...

Any help will be gladly appreciated!

In Windows 10 settings you choose which GPU to use under battery and AC power, it is not in the power plans.
