From time to time I keep getting these black spots in RDR2, GPU utilization is only somewhere around 60% and junction temps don't exceed 70c. The spots only stay for a single frame.

you just posted another thread about problematic performance of you gpu .. why do you think problems aren't related ? these spots aren't good sign , something is wrong if it's not your gpu it's something else in your configuration, but we need to have a lot more information on your computer if you want us to help

usually artefacts like that can come from a faulty vram, or overclocked gpu,  but it can come from other things
