When I am trying to install RX550 4GB latest driver, during installation process my screen flickers and then PC restarts, a green screen appears with different lines. After that I have to login to SAFE MODE and uninstall drivers with DDU. Anyone could please guide me what is that issue ? I have tried to install old drivers even to version 17, but nothing worked. Should I return this GPU and land on Nvidia?
My low-end PC config is:

12GB RAM ddr3 1600
450 Watt PSU
1TB Seagate HDD
