Months ago I was facing a problem when my system was coming back from Sleep state: the graphics driver crashed and a black screen was the only output, although having all processes active (IIS, Services, Tasks, etc).
After driver crash, some times a reboot would fix the problem and other times it was required to remove the driver completely (using AMD Cleanup Utility) and reinstall again.
After many attemps, inlcuding every available version of WHQL and non WHQL, format computer, any kind of combinatios with power settings and BIOS Options it was as simple as reinstalling IPS/SAI drivers.
This happened with a Ryzen 7 1700, Radeon RX 580 and a Eaton Protection Station 800, the hint was that there was a battery indicator in taskbar which should'n appear in normal circumstances.
