My motherboard recently died, after replacing it yesterday and reinstalling Windows 10 I've had an issue with my GPU. When doing tasks that aren't graphically intense, as simple as windows explorer, I got frequent freezes and a black screen. If the issue occurred too much I got a BSoD error code "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE." AMD System monitor shows massive spikes to GPU usage when the freezing occurs. The issue was less present with old drivers and not present at all with a spare GPU.
I tried formatting again and the issue worsened. Shortly after Windows 10 loads I get a permanent black screen. Still not present with my spare GPU.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'll link the recorded AMD System Monitor.
