Bios r9 280x xfx Blinking screen

Good afternoon I updated the Bios of my r9280x xfx tdbd more now atela keeps blinking I ended up losing the original bios could someone help me?

I've tried all of it always the same problem, but now I installed Windows 10 and it seems that improved, thanks a lot for the help.
