Why do you need the original BIOS for that GPU Card? Did you buy it used from a Miner?
I would open a Sapphire Support ticket and see if they will send you the original BIOS for that GPU card or you can go to TechPowerUP and download a BIOS from their VGA BIOS DATABASE: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?architecture=AMD&manufacturer=Sapphire&model=RX+570&version=&in...
GPU-Z will show you what version of BIOS you have installed and exact GPU card and from which manufacturer to verify it is a Sapphire .Nitro Plus RX570 4 GB GPU Card.
