PROBLEM WITH GRAPHICS CARD ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 5145
I use my graphics card in hdmi because the screen integrate and break I already solved a problem with the black bars thanks to the adjustment of the screen in ccc but when I launch a game the black bars come back as soon even with the gpu scaling that and block on only one option and in the same bios problem.
my configuration
ati mobility radeon hd 5145
hdmi screen 1920x1080p 60 format 16:9
windows 8.1
ccc version 13.1 ( only compatible driver that works )
