Greetings, I have an Asus TUF RX 5700XT and while I am playing a green screen appears and the PC restarts. This is very annoying, especially when i'm playing online like COD Warzone...
This problem is identified by windows as Kernel-Power 41. I have tried many solution, but everything have failed.
I started testing the GPU to find the crash point with the Heaven Benchmark and the MSI Afterburner. And to my surprise I found that it was completely random. The only thing I discovered is that the crash only happens when the GPU is in great use.
Then i tried:
-DDU unistall the driver and a fresh driver instalation - Fail
-Disable fast sartup, disable game mode and game bar - Fail
-Disable XMP Ram profile - Fail
-Update Windows - Fail
-Update BIOS - Fail
-Upadate every driver - Fail
- Format the PC and install Windows again - Fail
- Use other and more powerfull PSU (i have a Crosair TX750M and tried a NOX Uranos TX850) - Fail
I have build the PC with the following specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 2x8GB 3200Mhz CL16
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 X
GPU: Asus TUF RX 5700 XT Gaming X3 OC
PSU: Crosair TX750M semi-modular 80 Plus Gold
Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240R RGB
Main SSD: Gigabyte Aorus RGB M.2 NVM.e 256GB
Second SSD: Gigabyte M.2 2280 NVM.e 1TB
Have someone a solution? Can someone help me? I don't know how to do more... maybe RMA the GPU.
