Asus dual rx6750xt max power limit is 210 instead of 250

 

İsn't it supposed to be 250?Why am i being maxed out at 210? Here is an image of power values after running time spy benchmark https://imgur.com/a/e5IBk6P 

Rest of the system:MSI gold 650w PSU,Ryzen 5 3600, gigabyte b450m s2h and 16gb ram

HWiNFO64 reports the gpu chip power, not TBP.

 

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.
