This Users takes the latest AMD Drivers and makes it compatible to work on Mac PCs: BootCampDrivers.com: Turbo-charged AMD graphics drivers for Mac BootCamp users.

Latest driver version

Adrenalin October 2020 edition (20.9.2)  (last updated 02/10/20)

Driver Version: 20.20.31.01-200923a-359518E

See if the latest one works without BSODing your Mac even though it seems to be older than the one you have now installed.
