AMD Ryzen3 2200G with RX Vega - HDMI problems on Ubuntu

My system:

  • AMD Graphics Card - RX Vega (YD2200C5FBMPK) integrated with AMD Ryzen 3 2200G 3.7GHz
  • Desktop or Laptop System - Desktop
  • Operating System - Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
  • Driver version installed -
  • Display Devices - Philips 226E9 to HDMI Adapter
  • Motherboard - ASUS PRIME A320M-R
  • CPU/APU - AMD Ryzen 3 2200G 3.7GHz
  • Power Supply - 400W
  • RAM - Patriot DDR4-2666 16GB

I have a problem with connection my display (Philips 226E9) via HDMI port. There is no difference whether I try to connect my display as a single screen or as a secondary. I have already test it on another computer with same cable and it works fine. When this screen connected as a secondary  xrandr command shows only screen which is connected via VGA:

xrandr: Failed to get size of gamma for output default
Screen 0: minimum 1920 x 1080, current 1920 x 1080, maximum 1920 x 1080
default connected primary 1920x1080+0+0 0mm x 0mm
1920x1080 77.00*

aplay -l output is:
