AMD Ryzen 7 4800HS, too high brightness which hurts eyes and can't be lowered

Hello to everyone and thank you for helping me in advance

I have ASUS ROG Zephyrus GA401IHR-K20400 with GTX 1650 and AMD Ryzen 7 4800HS with Radeon Graphics.
The problem is when I start playing the video, the screen goes to really high brightness which is even hurting my eyes.

The solution is moving from AMD Radeon driver to Basic Microsoft driver, but that's really bad solution because:
— Brightness can't be changed anytime, not just after starting playing the video.
— Games' perfomance becomes really low.
— My graphic tablet stops connecting to my laptop.

I think that this is the problem on AMD side because bad solution works when I downgrade AMD drivers. Please help me if you know any possible solution.

This Windows Tech site has some fixes on how to control the Brightness of your laptop screen: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/fix-screen-dims-when-playing-games-on-full-screen

Even though this is for being to dim it could also apply for being too bright.

Also look in Radeon Settings to see if there are any Auto-Brightness setting that you configure or in the game you play itself.

Well this didn't help. It feels like the screen lost semitones.
