AMD RX 5700 Crashes

I am running the following rig:
-AMD Ryzen 5 3600X with Wraith Cooler
-ASRock B450M Pro 4 with latest P3.90 BIOS
-Patriot Viper 4 Blackout Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model PVB416G320C6K running at default timings and 2133 MHz clock speed
-XFX Rx 5700 8GB GDDR6 Dd Ultra w/Boost Up to 1750MHz 3xDP HDMI PCI Express 4.0 Graphics Card Rx-57XL8LBD6 running latest 20.1.3 AMD Driver
-EVGA Supernova 650 GA, 80 Plus Gold 650W, Fully Modular
-2TB Seagate Barracuda Compute
-500GB Samsung 860 EVO
-3 x 120mm Arctic P12 PMW case fans
-2 x 140mm Artctic P14 PMW case fans
-Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L

I have been having some graphics issues with this build. It took a few weeks to fully build out, especially since I decided to upgrade my original PSU choice from 500W to 650W and replace an old 1080p ASUS monitor with bad HDMI and power connectors with a new 1440P monitor.
After the upgrades, things seemed to be going fine, until I tried playing Fullscreen games such as the Witcher 2, Starcraft II, Dungeon of the Endless, etc. Alt-tabbing would eventually result in my screen going dark and the computer freezing. I would have to hard reboot. WIndowed games, such as WoW didn't seem to have this issue.
I think I fixed that issue by turning off AMD Freesync, AMD Anti-lag, AMD Chill, Radeon Boost, and Radeon Enhanced Sync. I also ran four passes of Memtest to make sure I didn't have any issues with other components. And other than the video issues, my mobo and CPU are running stable and very cool temperature-wise even after hours-long gaming sessions.
After disabling those driver options in my Adrenaline screen, I had the system running relatively stable for almost a full week, until last night. I was playing WOW and the screen went black. The computer didn't crash to BSOD, but in my error reports, I got the following hardware and software messages:

Some of my online gamer friends told me AMD's Navi GPUs are FUBAR. I'm a little worried and upset that I have to turn all of the built-in AMD and Radeon graphics improvement options such as anti-lag and freesync to avoid crashes. And having my system lack stability this far into benchmarking it has me worried.
But I am not a big NVIDIA fan. I've been an AMD CPU and GPU guy since 200. The equivalent Geforce RTX cards are way more expensive then the current XFX Radeon one I have. And Amazon, where I bought this card, doesn't have the DD in stock anymore so I'm worried about having to put more money into what was supposed to be a mid-budget build. Oh, I also have until Thursday to decide if I want to return to Amazon the XFX Card.

Please help!
