Hi,
I just bought a new PC upgrading from another AMD Proc/GPU Combo but I connected a Samsung TV as a secondary monitor and it's only showing up to 1980X1080 as the maximum resolution but the tv is 4K. My previous GPU supported it as 4K so I don't know what's happening.
I tried:
Changing the cable from one port to another on both the PC and the TV
Tried creating a custom resolution but it wouldn't let me
Adrenalin is on the newest update
I downloaded CRU and it shows 3840x2160x30 and 2560*1440*59.950 under Detailed resolutions but not under Established or Standard resolutions.
I swapped cables (Connected the TV to the HDMI port on my GPU and my monitor to the DP and now my TV is recognizing 4K, however, now my new monitor is not recognizing 144Hz and goes up to 60Hz only
Could you please post detailed Hardware and Software specs?

I have the same issue and look for a solution.
Not all of the resolutions of my TV are available on the rx7600.
No issue with other cards. Even rx 6400 allows me to use all resolutions
