I recently purchased a new computer that was built by a reputable IT business. I had found that my previous graphics card could not implement the new updates in Photoshop 2023 and the technician suggested that the above would be suitable. When using the Topaz Plug ins and the new Camera Raw Denoise filter I find that the images, once processed , are either very dark and, effectively, in black and white or have a lot of artifacts on them. A technician visited me the other day and the problem appeared to have been resolved. It has however returned. I should be grateful for any help or suggestions. Thank you.
