Firstly, is it possible for a burst of static electricity to damage the GPU if it occurs on the top of the computer case? ( I ask because the card was working fine before the static discharge but immediately afterwards I've been having trouble) if yes does this mean I need to get my graphics card replaced? if not then I'm having trouble with my Radeon RX 7900 XT not running when playing games and would like some advice about potential solutions.
I have tried doing a full uninstall and reinstall of the drivers with no luck.
Further testing shows that when running a game GPU 1 (the 7900) is only being used like 5% while the second GPU is maxed out.
