AMD Radeon RX 6600 amd white flashing on google chrome edge

Hello I have a problem with my rx 6600 card while browsing youtube twitch and hovering over the video thumbnail the screen starts flickering or you have such problems

I also have a problem like that, I don't know if it's the exact same since I can't view your videos but when watching youtube videos sometimes the screen will flash white. And stuff like scrolling Twitter and going past a video will also flash the screen.

 

I also have an RX 6600.
