cpu cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE
ram: 32gb Corsair Vengeance DDR5 32GB 5600 MHZ
mainboard: Asus Tuf Gaming b650 - plus
storage: Samsung 980 pro ssd 2tb M.2, Crucial P3 Plus 1TB M.2, 250gb samsung ssd
gpu: XFX RX 5700 DD Ultra
Issue:
Everytime im running gpu passmark (most likely on the high fps scene ) im getting a black screen which is followed up by a reboot. The same issue i got today when playing Overwatch 2, i played 2 games and inside the lobby (the lobby is actually limited to 60 fps) into the 3 rd game i got a black screen.
It does not look like a heat issue, while playing overwatch 2 the highest temp was 76°c according HWMonitor for "memory" sensor i think. I have not noticed a black screen while running it for browsing and watching videos so far (uptime for several hours). The issue seem to occur more likely on higher loads for a prolonged time.
Other informations:
I was able to finish 1/10 passmark: 16500
The card is a used, the card is running on standard tuning (no oc).
I have used DDU before installing the card.
On adrenaline stresstest i was not able to reach higher consumption then 100 wattage, a adrenaline stresstest of 5 minutes did not caused a black screen.
I lost 1 pciE cable and had to order it from amazon. Should be original beQuiet cable tough https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07FSYC38F
Can you please help me, how can i fix the issue ?
