When connecting the TV via HDMI and the monitor via DP, there is no image. A red light is on on the motherboard. The coolers are spinning. The keyboard and mouse are not working.
If you connect an HDMI cable to the monitor, there is no image.
If you put an adapter from HDMI to VGA, then the image is there.
Previously, when I connected the monitor via DP and the TV via HDMI. An inscription appeared on the monitor - there was no signal, when Windows 10 started loading, an image appeared.... I don't understand what's going on.
