All browsers (iexplorer and Firefox) and the Flash player as well as all media players (Windows media and VLC player) run on the onboard graphic module [Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500] and not on AMD Radeon graphic card. This cannot be changed in AMD Catalyst Control Center for "reasons of compatibility" What is the use of an additional AMD Radeon graphic card if it cannot process the videos I want to watch? With HD-quality the system's graphic module can't cope, so I want AMD Radeon to take over. Please give advice on what to do?

The drivers are all new: That is the newest AMD driver I can get:
Assigning Switchable Graphics Mode to an Application,
as suggested by the link you gave me, explains the things I have been trying to do: With my AMD driver I get the AMD Catalyst Control Center as shown in the first sreen shot above, where you can see that switching is blocked / locked for browsers and media players due to reasons of compatability.
===> How can that blocking/lock be rmoved? How can I switch media players and browsers to AMD Radeon?
VLC player is processed by the intel onboard graphics and NOT by AMD Radeon, As you can see in the full screen shot below:
