The laptop you have does not have a separate individual card for graphics, it is actually a series of chips soldered to a section of the motherboard.  It is not meant to be removed or replaced.  Any upgrades would mean replacing the full motherboard.  Check with Lenovo to see if there are any upgrade options for your laptop.

You can't upgrade the graphics card in that laptop.

To upgrade to 4K would require you have a 4K monitor, which you don't (Otherwise it would already be 4K).

Also, you can't upgrade the graphics, more likely than not, as the other answers have stated.
