I have a new update driver of Amd Radeon hd 7600m (Driver date 4/21/2020 , Driver version 26.20.15029.27016 ) but the Radeon Software Crimson Edition program is not working with this driver but it's working when i back to old date driver 2/26/2016 (Driver version 15.301.1901.0) WHY???

According to AMD Driver download page there are no 2020 drivers for any of the HD76xxM series GPU cards only from 2015 or 2016: https://www.amd.com/en/support
All of the HD76xxM series GPU cards seems to use the same AMD Drivers:
This indicates that AMD doesn't support your HD76xxM GPU card with any newer drivers than what is shown above.
