this happend help pls does this mean that the graphics card is doomed, or could there be a chance 

also the graphics card got REALLY HOT after this so i shut down the computer, idk what the temp was i just felt it was hot after touching it

any help is appreciated

are you sure? i mean the graphics card display was perfectly normal the day before, why would it do that suddenly? plus the weird lines are still visible when im starting up the computer and visible in BIOS so why would windows 10 be causing the issue

Windows 10 is not causing the issue,,,,your old/legacy graphics card is. Although I would try re-pasting :

Look in Device Manager....see any yellow error marks?
