AMD Radeon Graphics Won't Uninstall
Hi there,
I have a NVIDIA GeForce 4070 Super Ti. A little over a year ago, I accidentally installed the AMD Radeon Software, I believe the Adrenalin edition. I can't remember the reason why, put I must've done something that then put the AMD Radeon GPU in my system (reference screenshot). I also have an AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3d CPU, but to my knowledge it doesn't have integrated graphics and before I did this, it never installed another GPU on my system.
Since installing, I have tried everything to uninstall it; from DDU, from my Drivers, the AMD Cleanup utility tool, from my programs etc. and not a single one has worked. I would love some help on this as I believe it is causing stuttering on my system. But to troubleshoot if it is the cause, I need first to remove it, but every time I do and reboot my system, it reinstalls itself.
Please help, much appreciated.

Your CPU has integrated graphics, that's why it appears there. You can try disabling it in device manager if you think it's causing issues.
