I wonder about AMD PCIe 4.0. As I know that the first chip that support AMD 4.0 is R5 3500 which release date in 2019, and first video card that had 4.0 is rx 5500 which release date also in 2019. However chipset that full support 4.0 (b550) released in 2020. So why is that? Why AMD didnt allow that 300,400 chipset to unlock 4.0 for 3500,rx 5500 but released them so early?
