I just like to know if this card is in reality an AMD original card and if yes where I can find the specs of it.

It's an OEM only rebrand of the HD 6670.

The HD 7670 is not GCN so driver support was placed in legacy. It is available with windows update.
I also wonder about the 4096MB version as the card typically with 512MB with some 1024MB models made.
A 2GB card was made but no 4GB cards.
