My PC always crash/hang/freeze since I added a 2GB Radeon R5 Graphic card, Windows always report that my graphic drivers stops and not sure why. I already tried all the solution I found on the internet but no luck. The screenshots below are my PC specs:
My OS is Windows 7 64bit when I first experienced the problem and thought that Windows 10 could solve it so I'm on Windows 10 64Bit now but still having the issue.
I'm using 3 monitor connected on my CPU, (monitor 1 connected to motherboard VGA, monitor 2 connected to graphic card VGA, monitor 3 connected to graphic card HDMI)
I'm experiencing the issue randomly, sometimes while watching YouTube and using big programs like Photoshop, sometimes just by doing internet search.
I have AMD Catalyst Software Suite 15.201.1151.1008.151104a-296217E installed.

Problem may be that the R5 + R7 combo is not compatible.
