Whenever i play Dying Light, Second Extinction, Sea Of Thieves or any other high-graphic demanding game, my monitor freezes and will turn black only to bring me back to desktop with an error message by AMD Bug Report Tool saying that my drivers had a problem.
On Sea Of Thieves and Dying Light it gives the same error, with a plus to it which is:
"Your graphic device was removed"
I've tried many things, I've been fighting with my PC for a week and a half now.
Things that I've tried and didn't work:

Made my PC fully up to date on everything
Ran a large amount of benchmark tests and stress tests for my GPU (all gone magnificently)
Ran the system in Safe Mode and removed the faulty drivers using Linux Flash Utility
Modified the RPM for all my fans
Modified the RPM for my AIO Pump's fan
Modified the RPM for my GPU's fans
Overclock my RAM
Underclock my RAM
Undervolt my GPU by 120 nV
Uppervolt my GPU by 50 nV
Disabled the Auto Power Usage Modifier
Ran integrity file check on everything in my PC
Full Wipe of my data and reinstall all back, not even Windows was kept as it was.
Nothing has worked, i have no idea what to do, i'd like to be helped.
