I have a problem with my AMD driver. Now I am using Vega 3 and recently my display has become grainy (especially the taskbar and window), but the resolution is still good. When I try to disable the adapter the grain is fixed, but of course I cannot run my display properly without it. I have tried to update, rollback my driver and reinstall but it doesn't work. I am asking if anyone can help since it is also affects other aspect too such as videos etc. and it is very annoying.
