amd damage??

I have a problem with my card, when I turn on the PC it looks like a damaged screen and it does not start Windows, the mouse and the keyboard go off and everything turns black, but the PC keeps working, neither safe mode nothing works, but the PC is still working, I have an R7850 MSI Twin Frozr 4GD5 help? without the amd works like charm!

Is possible it went bad over the 7 years, GPUs experience pretty good thermal cycling due to how hot they get. There's really nothing you can do to repair it, and it's out of warranty.
